Hi all, hope you are all having a fabbie Wednesday.. Why not take a look at the Cheery Lynn Challenge Blog and join in the weekly fun.. Our challenge for this week is "Sliver/and or Gold". You must use at least one Cheery Lynn Dies to enter and for the chance to win $20 to spend in the Cheery Lynn Store

On to my card today The Cheery Lynn Dies I have used are:

A close up for the Build a Flower and Mini Fanciful Flourish.

I have used one of the Mini pearl squares to create a little tab for the sentiment.  Also in this picture are the Roses and part of the fanciful flourish (next size up from the mini flourish) I have used brads for the centres and distressed the edges with walnut satin ink.

This is the Sweet William flowers (they are just gorgeous) for the centre of this flower I used one of the dimensional buttons with some string threaded through. Again the edges have been distressed.. The size of my card is 14.5cm x 14.5cm..
Other craft supplies
Basic Grey papers, Lilly of the Valley Stamps, ribbon, string and brads.
Enjoy the rest of your day

Magnolia Robin Hood - N for Navy + 1

Good morning all, well its Friday again.  I have been so busy this week I haven't had much time to craft :o( as I've been busy decorating our spare bedroom. At long last its finished all that's needed now is the flooring which I will be looking for at the weekend.  I must admit that it looks really nice the colour scheme I went for is dark purple and cream for the walls with chocolate, gold and beige for the furnishing.

It was my Dad's 70th Birthday on Monday, I always find it hard to make cards for men I think its because you are so limited on the embellishments.
I decided to go with the challenge theme over on
which is N for Navy + 1 .
Also from this week onwards the challenge blog is changing from weekly to fortnightly so our next challenge will be Friday 19th August..

Thanks for looking today, I would also like to welcome my new followers I'm frilled that you like my creations and hope you will visit me often..

Happiness is in the Little Things - Anything goes Challenge 45

Good morning, hope all is well in blogland this fine morning.
Over on
we have a new challenge for you
and the theme is
"More than one Fold"
so any creation as long as it has more than one fold.
The challenge runs from today Tuesday 12th July until Monday 26th July

Don't forget than the
HAS A MEGA SALE STILL ON BUT IT MUST END SOON!!

I decided to make an easel card for my DT card this time, I know, I know another easel card you say! but I just love making these little cards.

I just adore the scalloped easels they are just so effective! but can be a bit awkward to make or were until I got a little pressie from the DH of a Grand Calibre and now they are a doodle!

This little Tilda has to be one of my favourites and I've teamed her up with some new Molly bloom stamps that I got the other day.  Isn't the chick and snail just so cute! and again I have used a crochet flower that my Mum has kindly made for me, thanks again Mum, you're the best.

Here's a close up of the Chicken and you can just see the snail poking his head up at the bottom of the picture.

and here he is!
I used a ton of copic colours on this card I had them stack up on my desk and I had to put them away so as I could finish the card lol..

Good morning, hope you all had a good weekend! Mine was very quiet and relaxing so lots of time for crafting, I used one of Kenny K images for the first time, now I'm hooked!!
Over on
our challenge and theme for this week is
"Let it Hang"
and that means anything hanging from your project like a charm or something hanging off the edge.

We are sponsored this week by
Kenny K downloads
Like I said above this is the first time using Kenny K images, I have wanted to for a while now but just not got around to it... (shame on me!)

These are such fun to colour and are just so sassy!! I used Tattered Angels glimmer mist to create a slight shimmer to the whole card.

Sorry not sure of the copic colours the boots and bikini are coloured using BV colours and hair R colours. If I remember I shall update later.

I used a few new dies that I brought over the weekend both are from Magnolia Doohickeys, the label and heart branch.
