Cheery Lynn Build a Flower Card

Hello Cheery Lynn Fans, hope you have all had a good weekend so far.  Today I want to show you the build a flower die and a few other dies too.

Cheery Lynn Dies used

Build a Flower (Mike has made a tutorial on how to put the pieces together), Lace Rose and Flourishes, Francesca Border, Kiwi Spirit Doily Die

My card size is 6" x 6" Square, the stamp I have used is one from Sugar Nellie coloured with copics. The paper is Prima and My minds eye, Velvet ribbon, slider, and buttons from stash.

A close up of the build a flower, I love the spiky bits and these can be bent and shaped to achieve your desired shape.

This is the Francesca border die it has lots of delicate features..

You still have time to enter into our Challenge Red, White and Blue over on the challenge blog or tune back in tomorrow (Monday 25th June) where we have a brand new theme - Wedding or Anniversaries.

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

This week over on Cute Card Thursday challenge #63 is called "Nip and a Punch" and what a great challenge it is. For this card I have used my Circut machine to cut out the big circle, Woodware Flower punch with this I have embossed the flowers using Cuttelbug embossing folder dots, Martha Stewart hearts boarder punch.

Card Recipe:

• Papers: are K&Co and papermaina
• Stamped image: Gorjuss Girl Sitting from Sugar Nellie, coloured using copic ciao markers and stardust pens
• Punches: Woodware Flower punch and Martha Stewart boarder hearts punch. The flowers have been embossed with Cuttelbug embossing folder dots. Circut machine for the large circle.
• Photo corners: from DCWV
• Embellishments: metal flower, ribbon and pearls from my craft box.
• Sentiment: From Craftwork Cards

I'm going to start making my fathers day cards later on today, I thought I would get them started as I'm terrible at leaving things to the last minute... If you live in the UK don't forget to vote today. I'm off now to cast mine...
