Retro Waitress - Cheery Lynn

Welcome to Sunday, I trust you are all having a great weekend! For my inspiration this week I chose to make a large tag/wall hanging.

I used Coved Rectangles for my base and mat and layered them 

The flowers I used are Fringe cuties 1 and Darling Daisies..

This gorgeous butterfly turns out so great when adding Frantage embossing powders it just looks like metal! So loving this!!

Here's a close up of the flowers which have been cut out in core'dinations cardstock.

Pink is the Word....

Morning/Afternoon/Evening all, welcome to Tuesday.  I can't believe that we are already in February! Christmas seems a very distant memory, although it was just 5 weeks a go.. 

Anyway lets get on with my post today. As  its Tuesday that means we have a new challenge over on Sweet Stamps Blog and the theme this week is...

Pretty in Pink - Cheery Lynn Dies

Hello all, sorry I'm a little late with my posting.  I had a bit of a disaster yesterday, came home to find my cat had decided to take a shine to my project and was sitting on it.  Needless to say it was ruined and I had to start from scratch.

So here is DT project number 2..

I am so in love with these new daisy flowers they just go perfectly on any project.. 

The fanciful flourish was a bit big for what I wanted so I cut it down smaller and just used the parts that I wanted.
